Overview
Carma recognized the need to utilize a digital execution to introduce Seton, its innovative, master planned mixed-use urban environment that will offer unique lifestyle opportunities to Calgary’s south.

Challenge
With a 15-year build-out scheduled, and a never-before-seen mix of amenities and features, Carma came to Suitcase to assist them in telling the Seton story. In addition, more than simply tell the highlights and share statistics about occupancies, and square footages, they requested that our answer had to express authentically what it would be like to work and live in what will be a second downtown in south Calgary.
Solution
The Seton website leads with an interactive video tour that offers the user choices not only about how they’ll tour Seton, (guided or self-directed), but also allows them to select the Seton feature that they’re most interested (Eat, Live, Work, Learn, Meet). The rich animations, created by our partners RKA, are enhanced with in-video interactive content that helps the user experience the full Seton offering.
