Controller

Job Summary: The Controller is responsible for the financial activities of Suitcase Interactive, including planning, debt financing and budget management. The Controller is accountable to ensure the finances of the company are in good standing, conform to generally accepted accounting principles and maintain high financial operating standards.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintain ownership of the profit & loss statement for the office. This includes the oversight of all expenses - payroll and related, facilities, vendors, contractors, hardware, software, supplies, equipment leases and other operational costs related to the office.
    • Direct, coordinate, and report on the financial activities of the company.
    • Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
    • Understand the company's overall vision and assist the executive team to achieve their goals.
    • Direct and coordinate debt financing and service payments with external agencies.
    • Manage the preparation of the financial reports for the quarterly board meetings.
    • Manage and prepare financial reports on an as-needed basis.

Job Summary: The Front End Interactive Developer's primary responsibility is to translate flats into functional and pixel-perfect page layouts using streamlined code.
